Terms of Service

Service Scope

RedDev Development provides script troubleshooting, console error resolution, server setups, custom clothing, vehicles, MLOs, and EUP services. Full custom scripts or frameworks are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

Client Responsibility

Clients must provide the needed files, access, and accurate information. Missing or incorrect information may delay delivery.

Delivery and Revisions

Reasonable revisions are allowed for script adjustments or issue corrections. Changes outside the original scope may require additional fees.

Third-Party Resources

RedDev is not responsible for issues caused by third-party scripts, leaked resources, outdated frameworks, or unsupported modifications.

Server Access

Temporary server or file access is used only for the agreed service. Work is handled professionally and confidentially.

Liability

RedDev is not liable for server downtime, data loss, or damages caused by pre-existing issues or third-party modifications.

Payment and Refund Policy

Accepted Methods

• Cash App
• PayPal
• Venmo

No Workaround Payments

Gift cards, prepaid transfer workarounds, cryptocurrency swaps, and similar payment methods are not accepted.

Verification

Work does not begin until payment has been received and verified.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Digital services and delivered files cannot be returned once delivered.

Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in service termination and blacklisting.

Community Rules

• Open a ticket for help, questions, support, or concerns.
• Do not tag or DM staff unless instructed.
• Treat members, developers, and staff with respect.
• Follow Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• No NSFW, explicit, disturbing, hateful, or discriminatory content.
• No spam, unsolicited links, advertising, or service solicitation.
• Moderators and administrators have the final say.

Download and Privacy Notice

RedDev uses Discord DMs to deliver private download links after a valid free download code or paid buyer code is redeemed.

• Buyer/download codes are temporary and tied to one resource.
• Free and paid resources both require Discord redemption before delivery.
• Uploaded local file links expire in 1 hour and can only be opened once.
• External download links are provided directly when a resource uses an outside host.
• Do not share passwords, payment details, or private server credentials inside public channels.
• Only sell, share, or request resources that RedDev owns or has permission to distribute.
